Did Arthur C. Clarke predict the Internet in 1964?

I've just come across this rare clip belonging to the 1964 Horizon programme, broadcast by the BBC. In it, we can see the British science fiction author, inventor and futurist Arthur C. Clarke, the man who was known as belonging to the Big Three of Science Fiction along with Robert A. Heinlein and Isaac Asimov.

I'll leave it up to you to decide if Clarke predicts in the video something that is really happening as of now. He does, in fact, describe actions that we all commonly do nowadays and ways to carry out such actions that we consider quite normal today but were unthinkable in 1964. Or were they?
